Participation shall in no way be construed as participation in a lottery, even though the mechanism to pick a winner shall be that followed in a lottery. Participation is totally free and open to all eligible persons as detailed under these rules. - HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Between the , on Instagram and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. Only one entry per person is allowed. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method and/or entering more than the number of times permitted will automatically void all entries and result in immediate disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent these rules. Entrant must be a natural person (i.e., not an entity). Entrant must have reached the age of majority in the state of his/her primary residence as of the date and time that Entrant’s entry is submitted. (Entrant should consult the laws of his or her state if unsure of the applicable age of majority.) THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS SWEEPSTAKES: Employees of GrowGiveaway, Ltd; employees of Sponsor; all promotion-related influencers, spokespeople, or sweepstakes partners, and their employees; and all of the affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents of any of the aforelisted prohibited parties (collectively the “Promotion Parties”). The winning entry(ies) will be selected by random drawing from all entries received by Administrator. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and number of prizes awarded in this sweepstakes. Potential winner[s] will be notified by e-mail or phone and must sign and return all documents provided by Administrator (including, but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility and a release within fourteen (14) days of the date notice is sent or such other reasonable date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize, and, in that event, Sponsor shall have the option to not award the prize. The return of any properly-addressed prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification. All income taxes, if any, resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Sweepstakes Rules and understands that the decisions of the Administrator are final. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Administrator, all other Promotion Parties, and their assignees to use the winner’s(s’) name(s), likeness(es), and location(s) (by city and state) for marketing-related and all other purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties shall not be, and are not, responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive prize notices due to entrant’s spam filter, junk e-mail filter, or other any software or computer security settings; entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections; failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes by any Promotion Party or third party; any human error occurring in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; and/or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize[s]. If, in Administrator’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Administrator may, in its sole discretion, cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared to have been submitted by the name/information supplied at the time of entry. - PRIZE(S)
Prize(s) consist(s) of only those items expressly identified in the abovementioned instagram profile as the prize(s) (tipically Iphones or Airpods). Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded unless otherwise expressly noted in the sweepstakes rules. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason the prize will remain unawarded. - CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Entrant agrees that all matters under these official rulesare governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malta, without giving effect to any of Malta’s conflict of laws provisions. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating in any way to this these official rules shall be brought, if at all, exclusively in Malta. - PRIVACY

A list of the prize winner(s) will be available ten (10) days after confirmation of eligibility of each winner and the execution and return by said winner(s) of the required documents and forms. Absent any eligibility-related controversies, this should occur not later than thirty (30) days after the drawing date. To receive a list of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Administrator at the address listed below. Be sure to specify the Name and Start/End Dates of the particular sweepstakes that is the subject of the request. - SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR NOTICES
All notices or other correspondence to Sponsor, Administrator, and/or Promotion Parties: (1) shall be deemed to have been received on the date of actual receipt as evidenced by the recipient’s signature attesting to delivery; and (2) shall be sent to the following addresses:
